Founded in 2016 by Kym Insana, AlwaysOn Digital burst onto the scene with a mission - to reimagine the way work-life balance operates, particularly for mothers and parents. Many companies did not afford this flexibility which caused hardworking, successful employees to leave the workplace for their families.
